2. Pre-owned products and condition

LuxStash specialises in pre-owned footwear. Each listed pair is a unique product and may show signs of previous use. The product page should be read together with the photographs, description and condition classification before ordering.

A disclosed characteristic of a used product is not the same thing as an undisclosed defect. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded by these Terms.

3. Orders and contract formation

The checkout presents the selected product, delivery method, payment method and total before submission. Because each pair is unique, availability can change until the order is successfully secured. The production version will state precisely when the sales contract is concluded and how the customer receives durable confirmation by email.

4. Prices and payment

The store supports HUF and EUR display/payment flows. Available payment methods currently include card payment through Stripe, PayPal and cash on delivery where offered. The final production terms will describe taxes, exchange-rate handling and any payment-specific conditions once the client's commercial settings are confirmed.

5. Delivery

6. Withdrawal, complaints and statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove mandatory consumer rights. Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, consumers can use the dedicated electronic withdrawal page. Information on complaints, warranty/conformity rights and dispute resolution will be finalised with the seller's legal business details before launch.
