LuxStash currently delivers within Hungary. Available delivery options are provided by FOXPOST – Packeta Group and GLS. The selected method and final delivery price are shown during checkout before the order is submitted.

For GLS orders paid by cash on delivery, a 1,000 HUF cash-on-delivery surcharge applies in addition to the delivery price.
14-day right of withdrawal
For eligible distance purchases, a consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days. For goods, the period normally runs from the day the consumer, or a third party indicated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the goods.

After notifying LuxStash of a withdrawal, the goods must be returned without undue delay and normally no later than 14 days after communicating the withdrawal. Returns are sent to the LuxStash return address shown below.

Unless LuxStash agrees to cover the cost, the consumer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where this was communicated before purchase.
Refunds
Where the right of withdrawal applies, the amounts due must be reimbursed within the legally required period. The refund may be withheld until the goods are received back or the consumer provides evidence that they have sent them back, where permitted by law.
Faulty or non-conforming goods
The 14-day withdrawal right is separate from legal rights that may apply when goods are faulty or do not conform to the contract. Because LuxStash sells pre-owned footwear, the individual condition and disclosed signs of wear of each pair should be read carefully before purchase.
